 Irish Fish pie
 
 Ingredients:
 
              750g cod fillet50g butter50g flour500ml milk100g grated cheese For scones: 
              1 cup flour50g grated cheese50g butter1tsp baking powder1 pinch salt1 egg yolkmilk
 Directions: Put the fillets in an oven proof dish. Melt the butter. Add the flour and mix. Add the milk and keep stirring 
              until the mixture thickens. Stir in the cheese. Pour this sauce 
              over the fish. For the scones: Rub the butter into the flour with the baking 
              powder and the salt. Add the grated cheese, the egg yolk and enough 
              milk to create a dough. Roll the dough out to a thickness of 1 cm 
              and cut into circles with a cutter. Put the scones on top of the fish mixture and glaze with a little 
              milk. Sprinkle more grated cheese over the top and bake at 220° C 
              for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.       |
